The project is aimed at redeveloping a 1930s building in the center of Moscow and transforming it into flexible serviced offices. Works involved adding efficiency to planning solutions, restoring historical elements, as well as returning the building to its original architectural shape while getting rid of 1990s renovation.

We preserved the architectural aesthetics of the historic building filling it with modern servicing and maintaining systems. The stair elevator halls alongside with the historic Metlakh tiles were restored. The building regained its historical railings and elements, including stucco molding and caissons on the ceiling.
