A revitalization project of the constructivist building built in the 1930s. For a long time, the 5-storey building in the Taganka district was empty.
The team rethought and relaunched the building with respect for its historic appearance.

The building was completely restored: a facade, balconies, stairs, and windows. The interior concept is based on the use of colors inspired by the avant-garde, which are found on Kandinsky and Lisitsky paintings—dusty blue, green, and yellow.
Now, in place of the abandoned residential premises, there is a flexible office space with a capacity of 350 people. The workspace is equipped with a cafe bar, kitchen, meeting rooms, recreation areas, and reception.
