The project involved a complete renovation of the interior and engineering systems, with a preservation and restoration of historical elements. The semicircular window in the center of the building was restored while the elements of the 2000s renovation were removed from the interior. We tried to achieve a boutique-like concept and focus on the historicity of the building.
In the interior we used a lot of textiles, large plants, and natural colors atypical for the office — terracotta, soft white, and anthracite. The offices turned out to be informal and cozy due to the vintage furniture of the mid-XX century, rounded corners, mirrors, and decorative lighting.
