The concept takes into account the competent arrangement of functional structures inside each shelter. It includes: separate enclosures for cats and dogs, an administrative block, a place for socializing animals with future owners, event platform, vaccination and quarantine blocks, and a technical building for cooking and cleaning. All this complex structure is located on small territories with an area of no more than 1 hectare.

The result is the creation of a new regulatory framework for the shelter construction. Also it is a solution of the main task: how to turn shelters into a high-quality architecture, a space where visitors would like to stay and find a new friend.
